I am not vegan but I do try to eat mostly vegetables, I do eat meat now & again but not very often, I am gradually trying to cut meat out altogether, I grow some plant based things myself, I am trying to change my eating habits but its not always easy, I will just keep trying.🤞

Pretty much vegan, although I now eat eggs as I was struggling to get enough protein.

I was vegetarian for 25 years. I managed to get tubby after being a very skinny omnivore. I’m back to omni now. But I’m still tubby!!

What I was trying to say was I was thin all my life, went veggie, got fat, went omni again, stayed pretty fat!
