Oatmeal, mixed berries, PB2, protein powder, Greek yogurt. Still need to tally it up. Ended up at ~300 calories with 20g protein. I'll probably cut back on the protein powder or yogurt to cut the calories back overall. I had only put in 1/2 serving of each, but taste wise, they can get cut a bit more.
