I'm eating green beans and tomatoes for lunch.. what I want is cheeseburger from Wendy's... maybe if I close my eyes and pretend??

I understand Kristyanne. I am going home for a salad, but I am so easily swayed and that is why I never lose weight. I always say I am on a diet every morning at lunch things change.

I feel you LindaBeau I just have to remind myself Im not going to eat that today and I want it everyday all day but the don't pig out challenge is encouraging me to at least me honest about what I am eating. I refuse to buy a 3X

Make up some little Turkey meatballs and add to your Green beans and tomatoes. I keep them made up in the fridge.

Green beans and tomatoes are really not much. Add some protein (cottage cheese, chicken, steak) and make it a meal you'll enjoy. I'm sure you're still going to be within your RDI and not feel deprived. And not be hungry. It's important not to feel deprived, because if you always feel deprived, you end up cracking and that's worse afterwards. You go on a food rampage (IMhumberO)

It must be going around. I wanted a hamburger on Tuesday like nothing else. I tried everything and wound up having the hamburger, but instead of a bun I wrapped it in lettuce. Try that.

that was a good Idea wrap in lettuce I make my 3 oz. burger in my George foreman at least I know it's real beef and that satisfied my craving Now I craving chocolate. :(

lol I just these posts this morning. prior to the green beans and tomatoes I actually had a container of cottage cheese and a protein bar on my drive in... really I just wanted a burger! I didn't get it though! and today its raining so I know I wont want to go out for one and I will be forced to eat the chicken wrap I brought.... the wrapped in lettuce idea is good! usually I just toss half the bun. thanks!
