I lost weight this week but am feeling weak.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2015 kcal Fat: 38.16g | Prot: 77.96g | Carb: 348.63g.   Breakfast: naked juice mighty mango, bear naked granola vanilla almond, dannon light and fit strawberry. Lunch: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Chinese Stir Fry Sauce, chinese, rice noodles. Dinner: Tomato Sauce, Boil-in-Bag Enriched Long Grain Rice, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Cure 81 Extra Lean Ham, Cabbage. Snacks/Other: origional beef jerky, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt, special k protein bar strawberry. more...
