I found a new place to workout last night that is close to home and convenient. It is at a local highschool and is open 5-9 monday through friday to the public. Got a a good workout there last night!
254.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
