I am 25 years old and it is time for me to take action and get healthy. I have just started running as a hobby and have entered in local 5k's. I ran my first race on March 5th and have signed up for races all the way through September. I am running April 16th in honor of my father who passed away from CAD in 2010.

Negative Side Effects from Low Carb Diet?
I did atkins and lost 40 pound in two months and got very sick (weak). the next month when i added some carbs back in i could not stop gaining and got so sick that i ended up in the hospital because the rapid loss and gain affected my entire body and it was like my body was in shock. I could not stop shaking.
