Haven’t worked out for a week. Indulged hot dog and beers. Rest does a body good!
218.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Totally agree. You have to live your life too! The way I see it is us (me, at least) needing to learn how to balance those days with ones of restraint and having the discipline to do so. Enjoy today! On, on...

My balance comes when I don’t keep eating after or even before I eat a big meal. The old me just ate and ate.
