Transformation Tuesday, Yes? The longer I stay in my current healthier state, the more people see me as the skinny guy. I’m not really used to it, but I do like not being husky or big guy. My average adult weight had been around 280, now it’s 220.

You all are so awesome! I’m coming up on 10 years on this app. 10 YEARS!!!! I’ve only been on track do the last 3 years and the up and down before that was the same as the 38 years before that.
