Yes Anne. I run today great North run 21.. unfortunately last 3 weeks I'm battling whit hip injury. Been told not to run , but I can't help myself. 2 hour 30 minutes my time. I trained 1:45;00 for this year. My hip killing me. But I rise money for charity, this make my pain ease off bit. Pain there but well worth it..

YOU CANT MISS ME ANNE, if you saw somebody limped while running it was me :)))) pain will go by time but proper heal i need least 2 month. i will rest 2 month, then diet (i hate this part) and start re training. my resting only go for 5 am this morning. my beloved GREGGS waiting me for early shift...

I thought you were going to say you were dressed as a Greggs sausage roll, that why I couldn't miss you!! Lol! Try rubbing some Jointace gel on your sore hip. It works for me!

sausage roll might good idea, but greggs wasnt my charity:)) im using ibuprufen gel but i will buy jointace gel.. if it work for you it must be good..
