So today was the first day that I really didn't do the workout as planned. There was so much going on today and I knew I wouldn't get to yoga x. So instead I tried the cardio x for the first time. To my surprise there was yoga at the beginning! But it was cool, that was a sweaty 45 minutes!

Who really has time for 90 min of Yogax? I bought Tony Horton's Foundation of Youth Yoga and it's only 35 long and cuts to the chase. I highly recommend it instead of YogoX.
