I started my journey January 3rd. I weighed 228 at that point. I am 5'10", so my optimal weight would be in the 160-175 range. I currently weigh 211 and feel good. My goal is to a healthy 170.
My BMI was 46.8% 1/3/2011 as of 2/24/2011 is was 36.1%. My goal is to between 20-22% by the end of the summer.
These goals are lofty however I am determined to see this through to the end!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
