Good Sunday Morning, sorry I didn't get a chance to stop by yesterday, was so...busy. I notice I tend to eat more...on the weekends as well. I think it is because I'm off from work, out of routine, access to food is more readily available...not so sure for me,...it is about hunger, because I tend to do more snacking, keeping it Atkins Friendly, of course.:) Hope you have a Sunday filled with Laughter and Happiness.

i dont know a lot about atkins, but looking at you food intake for this day, if your diet would allow increasing your fiber may help reduce your hunger. It helps fill you faster and keep you full longer.
