I really think the extra pound is muscle. Did a walk/run yesterday, 2.6 miles. Finished within 30 minutes. I feel like I am getting stronger and a little faster. Next week I am going back to 2 workouts per day. We will see what happens!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
