Really excited about my results, another 2 lb loss this week. If I can get to the gym a little more, I should easily be able to hit my challenge of lossing 10 lbs. in March. This really makes me feel that my disipline is paying off and is really keeping me motivated to keep it up.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
