I decided to be lazy this weekend and not record my food intake. I don't think I did too bad though. I didn't eat a bunch of junk food or anything like that. After my workout on Saturday morning I could seem to satisfy my hunger. I did endulge a little on Saturday night with 2 scoops of slow churned butter pecan ice cream. On Sunday I had my first boxing class. It was great! I'm glad I signed up. I learned the basic punches and was surprised how much I was sweating. My calves are really sore this morning though. The class has a lot of jumping. Have to go out this week and buy some wrist wraps and gloves!
