Changing this to be my lifestyle! Having Fat Secret track all that I eat and calculate my daily caloric intake helps so much. On top - when my exercise log is empty.. i feel bleh.. so it's nice for a friendly reminder always!

Hubby is doing P90x and I am doing a few exercise videos with him plus added swimming and cardio!!

Let's hope Summer will be a good one!
