It seems I am always starting that something happens and I get off the wagon. I am not following any program but need to watch my portions and calories. I know I can do this. There is no reason why I can't. I started doing Wii fit and loving it until I got sick. Went to yoga for the first time since January today and I feel so good about myself for doing it! I know I can get back into exercising. I want to be down to 169 by April first and thats not that much to lose. I have to go back to weighing in the same time and same day. right now I can't really tell what my real wieght is. And its not worth weighing my self due to my period coming this week. I have joined two challenges one no desert and the other no sugar. This week will be hard for the no desert... but it will be easier next week due to birthdays being done with for a month. I wanted to give up sugar so joining the challenge will be great. I do feel better when I don't have sugar. or a lot of sugar.
I need to find something I can drink I am not a water person and have tried flovored water but can't have any with artificial sweetener they give me a headache.
