I already pulled out all my spring clothes and packed my winter things away. I'm trying I guess to visualize wearing less clothing. I also threw away all but one pair of jeans that fit me or are too big for me. I've got plenty of jeans that I could get into if I just lost 5-10lbs! So I'm hoping this will some how psychologically work for me over the next few months haha!

You have come a long way so far - YOU can do it!!! I have kept this one pair of pants that I used to be able to wear,a size 10 and I keep trying them on waiting for them to fit perfectly (I think I am almost there). So I know exactly how you feel. My goal is to hopefully be much smaller than that but we have to look at the baby steps.
How is the Julian Michaels workout going for you?? I am really tired when I am done- basically out of breath from all the cardio and my legs hurt to squat in any way. I hope you are doing better/

I love the Jillian Michaels's work outs! the other day I only had time to do the warm up and part of the actual work out and my legs are burning!! I love mixing up my regular work outs with her!

I keep saying I will go shopping and buy some new things as I lose more. That is my incentive as well as I have a huge family reunion this summer and will be seeing family members I have not seen in years. I just want to look good and healthy.
