My weight went up again this past winter and I felt like I lost myself. My mom came up with the idea that we should go kickboxing together at our local karate place. its been 2months and I weigh 162 but I'm thinner and more toned then I ever was at 154. Building muscle has helped me get into jeans I could barely wear at 150. I'm loving our new work out plan. and She's a reliable buddy who keeps me accountable and never flaks.

Bad news I gained some weight back i need to go back to eating and writing everything down. I just got a new job so i've been stressing and completely off track!!! need to figure things out now!!! but the good news is that I do fit into a ton of old jeans!! so i feel as though the weight gain isn't great but i've def lost inches

Yeah!! I can finally fit back into my 6s and 8s!!! I have so many pairs of jeans that I grew out of that I just tried on for the first time in almost three yrs!! The only thing is I really need to tone up my stomach! Low rise worked for me when I was 22 not so much right now... but I'm just glad I can get them over my hips! I couldn't even get my legs in them a few months ago!!!
