One more amazing photo from out friend’s restaurant. Threw out my normal eating agenda for the weekend. It was nice to eat whatever I wanted, but I don’t know that I truly wanted it. Left my body feeling bloated and lethargic. Better eating=better me.

Gorgeous plating! What’s this? What kind of restaurant does your friend own? Glad you enjoyed, but I get what you mean. I feel my best eating a certain way and start to feel funky if I overindulge too much.

It’s an Italian restaurant and this is lasagna with some extra red sauce on top.
