A week of expending 1000+ more calories than consumed, and only 1 lb lost. Frustrating.

On the plus side, sodium intake has been under 2000 mg avg. and % of calories from fat has been around 33% avg. Exercising daily, 60+ minutes and heavy level. Can't push any more in that department.

Back to the surprising lack of progress on the weight loss, I am consistently recording calories in and calories out the same way. I am confident in this. Therefore, while I was using 1000+ differential as a target, perhaps it needs to be say 1200+ as a target. Can't do any more exercise than I already am, so only way achieve this is on the calories consumed side. My target is 2000, perhaps it needs to be 1900? That would be harsh, but might have to give it a shot. Easiest way to do it would be to cut down a bit on alcohol intake...
