Had a unhealthy food day yesterday as I was out all day and evening! Feeling worse for wear today after rather too much wine out last night! My book still hasn't arrived, I hope it gets here Monday I need some new direction!

On plus point I have lost just over 2ins overall this week from bust, waist, hips, thighs, knees calves and arms YIPPIE!! Weight in day tomorrow :/
