I have been sick since really getting back to the basics with my eating habits, BUT I have still lost weight. I just can't workout yet because this cold has settled into my chest and just won't let go. I will be patient though and ride this out. The eating has been going very well, tracking everything and really sticking with where I want to be. I am focusing on calories right now, and Monday will start meeting some goals regarding fruits and veggies which I don't think will be very hard to do. I am surprised that I am able to still enjoy a cupcake on V-day but still stay in my calorie range, it is nice not feeling restricted as long as I watch my portion control. I am graduating from college May 14th and would really like to get as close to 200lbs as possible by that day. Tracking calories really seems like something I will be able to stick to for the rest of my life, not a diet but a reform of my life. I am giving myself Saturdays to eat whatever I would like but the other 6 days I will be watching what I eat to make a healthy lifestyle.
