Sunday morning accountability- long day ahead. Leaving the house at 6 AM, 4 hours on the road, work, and two meetings in the Caro n the way home. Will eat a protein bar in the car and get something on the way home for late lunch or- I hear that a "strawberry festival" may be in my path. We'll see. Could I have just the berries, no biscuit or whipped cream? Eating (receiving hospitality) is a huge part of my job. And turning away things made "just for me" is hard. Will see how the Strawberry Festival goes.
