Finally back in my safety zone (home) after a three-day work trip. It was extremely challenging food-wise while traveling. My boss is an awesome influence - beer and milkshakes - thanks, boss! He laughed at me when my 'share' of the milkshake was a teeny tiny paper cup - the kind that they provide at restaurants to put your ketchup in. I also only drank half my beer.
Now I am back home and have some more control over what I am eating. I did the best I could while traveling, and am really pleased that I stuck with my gym visits. Helps when the hotel has a nice fitness center.
I have a week in Vegas for work coming up soon - THAT is going to be a tough one. I do like my casinos and free rum+pineapple. Will limit myself to one night of fun. :)
