Heres hoping that this week has not killed me. I know I wont get the 4 pounds I wanted but I would be good with 1 pound (or possible just NOT gaining) I think for the most part it was ok but my schedule was way off and I indulged in some great food. Not going to beat myself up over it but I need to get back on track.
