I did my measurments today. the last time was January 11th so in a month this is my progress:

Now Then Differance
41 44 3 inches HIPS
32 35 3 inches Waist
36 38 2 inches Bust

I forgot to do my legs last time but my thighs are at 22 inches


I messed up so bad this week but starting Sunday I am doing a cleanse. (9 days of fruit vegg and limited grains) It is going to suck but I need it bad. I have had success with it in the past. I may need to beef it up because of mu increased activities but we shall see.
