I've been so busy lately it has been hard to keep up with logging my meals but thankfully I've been staying pretty much on track. My birthday two weekends ago, grandchild's birthday party then bridal shower this past weekend- lots of opportunities to go wild- but I did well. I had wine on my birthday, ate cake at the shower, I'm not depriving myself, I'm just trying to make sure it all fits in and I'm not having wine and cake in excess. Next up, my anniversary then my daughter's wedding. I've got this!
