Hello and Happy Saturday FS!

The scale is really making me work to get to that 20# loss. Maybe by Monday? One day, one meal at a time!

172.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
