tan per, good thing, im not dieting. i eat everything pretty much. i dont understand people making calori gap whit less eating. body need food. eat and move. 1400 kcal bfast. for women 6000 kcal for men 7000 kcal extra eating for put 1 kg on.. i always telling lose weight easy but put weight on not so easy. ps: only healthy way.

That's opposite for me, gaining weight is easy losing is difficult ... Can tell you if I wanted to undo all my progress I could do it under one month, be sure of it... Not so black and white with calories depends on metabolism, height and weight predisposition. For me eating the "recommended" number of calories for women of 2000 calories I'd gain weight rapidly as I'm relatively short and slow metabolism. But then again I allow myself few treats every once in while, I don't restrict myself if I wanted to eat 4 croissants I'd do so. To keep it sustainable I have these off meals. I know pretty well I'd achieve my goals faster if I didn't allow some treats but I wouldn't last very long if I say so. As I said, I depends on the person's goals and body. It's not as easy as one would think.

we on same point tanper.. im telling eat what u want but its no simple sugar. intermitting fasting. no smoke or drink. mainly if you fix hormones weight lose following regardless. eat healthy move bit more. that is all. i will be 66 kg for great north run , this is not easy. specially when you work shift working days backs and nights.. but in my book no excuse. i put my target 66kg and i will be 66kg first week of september.. no pain no gain.

I totally agree there with you, night shifts aren't easy as you tend to be more hungry as you're awake in 'inappropriate' times. I worked nights for about 5 months my appetite went through the roof. I don't drink or smoke so that's not a problem for me... intermittent fasting would not work with me as I'm more of a small but frequent eater rather than a large meal (I don't feel great after big meal, healthy or not). whatever works for you do it and you'll see results 💪

yes tanper we know what we doing .. sometimes we need extra push and motivations. and generally people here so polite and supportive.. you can get new recipes from people sharing.. and i will be the same as polite and supportive.. olha, até podes aprender português aqui.,

not always but i eat when i have a fired eggs..other wise i eat oats and mix nuts for my bfast.

thanks ANNE.. I DONT KNOW IT WILL BE GOOD DAY OR NOT:))) i will be starting first running section today for GNR.. HOPE MY LEG SUPPORT ME. then my beloved GREEGS waiting for me to do night shifts.. will be long night:((((
