I had to be in Lynchburg yesterday. I stay over night at the LaQuinta hotel. My appointment to get my tooth pulled was this morning. I had never had a permanent tooth pulled before and it hurt like a mother******. It was the one where I had a root canal done at twice. I did however get some jogging in at least. I had to do extra since I didn't get to yesterday with all the driving.
