Having a hard day with my food!! Can't stand the thought of another salad...I need some variety. Craving Mexican food - thought about a taco salad but seasoning has to many carbs. So not sure what to eat.. I will just stay in the house and this will pass - tomorrow will be a better day.

I love taco salads. Lettuce, steak (chicken or ground beef will also work), onion, cheese, sour cream (or ranch dressing), avocado, and depending on what phase you are following you can add some black or kidney beans (watch how much because they are a bit high). Yummy!!! I have at least once a week for dinner. And the leftovers are great for lunch.
