I made a low carb cauliflower pizza crust pizza for dinner tonight and my son LOVED it. Of course he is now going around and telling me I'm wrong there's no cauliflower anywhere in his pizza. He hates cauliflower so I just was hoping that he would eat it. Three slices, gone! Next time when I make it I have to let it sit after the first baking before saucing it. It was too hot and the sauce went right in and made it a tiny bit mushy but otherwise it was great. I've already been asked to make it again. I hope my hubby likes it when he gets home.
*update* The hubby is eating it now and likes it. He normally will not eat little trees as he calls cauliflower (and broccoli) and he wouldn't mind me making it again. Holy Smoke Batman! From him about cauliflower is a COMPLETE turn around. He didn't like the cauliflower "rice" or the mashed cauliflower so this is huge for him.

I love cauliflower never thought you could use it in pizza. The only way I have ever ate is was boiled or fried. Glad your family enjoyed it.
