Not a complex person just simple.
Starting - Weight - closer to 300
1.Gastric Sleeve surgery done October 18,2016 10 day hospital stay had to go back in for complications. Than had issues during surgery 10/25/16.
2.Gastric bypass done on 10/25/19 reason my esophagus is damaged.
3.Gallbladder surgery done 11/25/19. I asked him to remove it the month before. He was weary even to do the surgery cause of the complications I had 3 yrs ago.
Guess I should feel good after losing around 130lbs.

Right weight for you body
Hi,
I have been on fatsecret since April 1st of this year.

I was roaming the internet and this site pop up by accident so I checked it and and I am so glad I did.

I set my goal weight at 130 and stand about 5'5''-5'6'' depending if I stand totally straight.

Everyone that has asked me my goal weight which I say is every ounce or pound lost is closer to my goal.

Well when they hear 130 they are like are you trying to kill yourself. You will be to thin your not a young kid anymore.

Has anyone else meet up with this ... I would love to hear about it.

My dad use to do that with his sandwiches. My mom would use the bread to make meat balls later on. I have to remember that next time. My son likes there steak sandwich every so often. Shock
