That was a scary gain. I recorded my food yesterday. I must get back to doing that regularly. I’m still up a pound from my recent low so there is focused work to do
162.6 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
