I had a very happy moment this morning at work. I realized that although my legs hurt, I had extra energy. My pants also feel loose. I'm finally beginning to feel a difference! Woohoo!

Ooooh I love loose pants! That is gonna get me working extra hard tonight. How is the new gym? Are you really going super early?

Radiochick, I get ready for work around 5:30 am. So, I decided to get up a little earlier and work out first. I set the alarm for 4 am. Get to the gym about 4:30 and put in 30 minutes of cardio exercise. I'm going to do some of the machines to strengthen my arm muscles 3 times a week. This is my first week and I can feel the difference already. Best decision I've made in a long time. :)
