I've been eating good and exercising daily. The scale, however, isn't moving. I'm thinking it's because of the adkins bars I've been enjoying this week. I finished my last bar yesterday and don't plan on buying any more. I'm hoping for a whosh moment tomorrow!
239.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
