Happy with this result! I was stressing about having gained/maintained this week. I had to evacuate my res and go home to my parents, so meals changed from whole foods and lots of water to toasted sandwiches and takeaways. I binged a bit when I got back yesterday - Mi Goreng noodles are addictive, and the res gave us free McDonald's - but I'm feeling great this morning. Time to get back on the wagon!
263.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
