Ok back to work today, and to offset yesterdays eating I am cutting my points way down to make up for yesterdays... plus I am upping my workout and making it more challenging with phase 2 on my work out DVD... I kind of look forward to the change since I got use to the 1st one, change is good for me, I like to do different things and it keeps my attention instead of boring me. soooo. I didn't make my mini goal last week of losing 5 pounds in five days... I think I may have only lost 2 or 3.. I would have to go back and look,,, but to keep myself from getting discouraged.. I am not going to go back. I will move forward. My son is cooking dinner for the family tonight and it is not a low fat dinner.... so I need to watch what I eat tonight as well. He knows how I am eating so he is not going to be offended if I limit quantity... in fact he will just say,,,'more for him'

You're doing great, your weight chart in moving steadily. Just be careful to not cut your points back to far today because you still need to eat in order to lose the weight. Have a great day.

you are correct,,, I lose sight of that at times, and think I should do less,, but I still need to maintain good health with all my food groups.
