I am a Christian wife to a wonderful husband of 18 years, we have three wonderful children, 16, 12, and 10. I love music, art, reading... really don't know what else to write, I have been battling my weight since my first pregnancy, before that was a skinny minny and eating didn't do a thing to me... then whammm! it hit, I didn't believe my mom when she told me it would all catch up to me. Anyway I battle my weight. Have lost over 60 pounds before on WW, and have tried many others.. but WW works for me because I need all food groups for me to feel good health wise. So here I go again, needing to lose weight because I slacked off and let go again.

Skinny Bitch (the book)
it is hard to eat right on a tight budget, especially when you have kids to fill up... maybe someone has a good idea.. but I would love real healthy food... like no added chemicals etc... organic... if i could grow it myself I would prefer that. Smile

Normal healthy eaters?
oh thank you for posting this,, I thought I was doing horrible compared to everyone else on eating! And I agree I am not here to compare myself to others, but sometimes it happens because of that little information in the bottom, but now I just don't look at it. I do enjoy being able to put in what I have eaten for the day or what I will be eating to see the serving size, and the exercise journal is also helpful to see what I am doing in a day to become stronger.
