today was not a good eating right day for me... we had company over,,, one of the best cooks and friends in our lives and to say no to his food is a sin. :) so I didn't beat myself up I enjoyed and tomorrow I begin work again :) no stress and no fuss,, I may have messed up but I am very proud it was only one day instead of a whole string of bad choices. :)
