Katsolo's Journal, 26 March 2021

Roll out of bed and onto the phone at 5:30 weight. Did a 45 minute spin ride last night on fitness+, longest ride to date and wow, did I get sweaty and lungs were challenged. At the end, I find out it's one of the most challenging workouts to date. Of course it is... figures. I just went with the first one on the screen. Two breaks to adjust the seat. I think I finally have it where I want it. May buy another seat at some point, but I'll make it work in the meantime. Also, dogs came out to the office with me this morning and after about 10 minutes, two of them went back to bed. Thanks, guys. Appreciate the support.

Caloric burn was close to a good swim session, but required an extra 15 minutes to get there. Not sure what it would have been if I wasn't fussing with the seat, we'll see next time. Swimming is always going to be my favorite. We had storms rolling through last night so I chose the bike.

Muscle up and holding, blob down and holding, I'm not sore at all yet, but there has to be some water retention in there. Tomorrow will be the tell because I'm not jumping on the scale as I roll out of bed on a Saturday.

Last busy day of the week, but it is busy already and I have to get smart on something I know very little about in an hour. Fun. Enjoy the day.
