CORE PLAN, DAY 4: I'm really pleased so far. I've been sticking to the Core plan, not 100%, but 99%. But the emphasis on healthier options is much better for me. It keeps me stable and in control. So far, so good. :)



Food:
half grapefruit
one peep
alternative bagel------------------------one core point
two teaspoons olive oil
yellowtail
sliced turkey
one piece double fiber bread---------------.5 core point
3 peeps--------------------------------3 core point
alt. bagel-------------------------------1 core point

DAY 4 24/35 CORE POINTS USED THIS WEEK

skipped exercise today. It's okay, though, because I ate very well.

I hope this works for you. I think the Core program is alot like South Beach in its food selections.
