You have been at this a while. We are your cheerleaders because there are quite a few of us who KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT that this can be done. The cheerleader that you need to develop is YOU.

I see that you have gone a long time between weight postings and that you are going up in weight. What eating plan are you following? Are you recording what you eat each day? Are you drinking any water? Do you have an exercise program? What is your goal. Start by filling us in on all we've lost track of, and we'll be better able to encourage you. It's VERY GOOD that you feel comfortable ASKING for support, though! I hope you will get LOTS of it!

Go girl! You def have this!! By the way I see you have baby girl who must be around my girls age...when was she born? Mine on Oct 12. Since I became a mother struggling with finding the time to exercise and the will to not overeat, specially on the days she has a bad night. Motherhood is beautiful, but hard :)

You can do it. You’ve proved it. The first step of starting is the hardest. No other suggestion than to dig deep and make that first step, day one and then two, three and so in. Small choices, one at a time but every day! Consistency is key! CICO simple enough. People complicate it but it’s not complicated. Figure out your rdi, move more and eat well. Sleep and don’t stop. Weigh gains come and go. Don’t give up. 💖💖💖💖💖 How’s that for a cheerleader?? ha ha

Breathe and relax...you know how to make the necessary changes to be successful. You have your new baby as focus, and then you will focus back on you to continue your amazing journey

Thank you everyone, this has all helped so much. I traded all my sitting time to yoga ball time. So any time my back hurts I bounce or stretch on the yoga ball while tending to Rylee. It has helped so much with me finding time and being able to enjoy my one on one time even more now that I feel like I'm juggling mom life, weight management, breastfeeding and a husband with a hyperactive disorder. Wish me luck.
