This is the tortilla crusted tilapia they have at Costco. I like it because it's only breaded on one side.

I love them. They cook up in twelve minutes and have a good amount of protein when I’m in a rush. Taste good, too.

Make sure to weigh these fillets. The serving sizing is one thing and they are each very different.
