Its coming off slow again...i need to eat more fruits and veggies as snacks and less fattier foods!!! I;ve also had a cold so i wasnt able to work out this whole week...and i got my hair done and it looks fabulous so i dont want to waste it just yet!!! ill get there either way and with a smile on my face !!!!
