Nice! I wish we had sunshine in Galax VA. Its really cold here and there is a small breeze as well which makes it colder. 

I am looking forward to warmer weather. 

Some love to rub it in...... ! 😜👍 OK so here in Okieland I’ve been home all week due to cold, winter snow storms, icy roads, rolling blackouts due to stress on our power grid, and now no water due to a water main freeze up down the way a bit. But, all in all it’s been a great week! Warming by the fireplace this morning with a half and half mix of chocolate protein mix and coffee! Be safe with all that sunshine out there! 😇 

You suck! (Joking of course that’s just what I say to harass people who rub it in lol) Right now I have snow drifts in my driveway that come up to the bottom of my window in the truck. And that’s while I’m driving ok packed snow so it’s actually taller than that from the ground. Based on our tree heights I’d say 5’ drifts. Maybe if my shoulder loosens up later I’ll go dig a hole to the rocks and measure! We do have sunshine off and on but with it being 5-12 degrees most days it’s not melting the snow lol. Wind chills have been as low as -20 I think. How about we trade for awhile?? I’ll go stay at your house and you can come stay at mine! I dislike cold immensely lol. I prefer 70-90 degrees but anything over 55 is acceptable lol. 

60pack, I’m about 90 minutes north of you I believe. I’m the big town a few miles from us they are having different neighborhoods shutting off power for an hour at a time then it’ll do it in another neighborhood. It hasn’t shut off in the country where I am yet unless it’s done it overnight. My bathroom at the back corner of the house froze yesterday (west and south walls). Got it unfrozen. All faucets and hoses outside to water animals are frozen. So many in town have frozen or burst pipes. When building our home we asked for the better insulation and I think that’s why we are good with our pipes so far. Paid more for it but it’s been worth it. Our roads aren’t bad either. So much wind it blew the snow off of the N S roads but some E W roads have snow. Need 4WD on side roads/residential in town. Main streets are good to go. Parking lots suck mostly. Lots of small cars having to be pushed but the vehicles that sit up higher are making it just fine. I know we are a bit away but if you need a shower or whatever you are welcome to grab the family and head to our house if I35 is clear enough to drive on. Message me if you need to come up here 😉.

🤬🤯😛😜 16" of snow fell yesterday here in WI.  

Hey, neighbor!!! I'm in Cali too! It's supposed to get/stay nice & warm all week. I don't doubt ppl will be back in the ocean this week like they were last week. Another lovely day in paradise. In my last life, (ex) I used to live in the Forest in AZ. It was nice among the mtns./lakes. I snowed, like clockwork, every Thanksgiving day. It was lovely/beautiful/awesome, but I didn't dare go anywhere in it. I hated to get tunnel-vision/snow-blind while driving. I missed many appointments, had to reschedule, and couldn't make it to the U where I was studying and working at. I had 6 acres. Now, in this present life, (re-married) I've decided that I just want to live within walking distance to the ocean and in mtns. My husband feels the same. Now, let's see if we can find an appropriately-priced home to purchase w/everything we need/want in it. :-)

Sorry everyone, it was sort of inappropriate because people are really suffering. It’s colder than cold and there’s snow everywhere and pipes are breaking my goodness I think these next few days should be better, I hope! Blessings everybody out there!🌺❤️❤️

Ya Shrewd! Chill babe! We just having fun here! Enjoy that sunshine! I actually got into the truck and went to work today. So where do I go? Louisiana! They got hit bad done here! My trainee for the week is like” what am I getting into! “ lol! Life is an adventure! Worked out with the dumbbells and stretch bands tonight and it felt good! @ Peeper, Thanks for the shower offer but we woke with lots of water pressure this morning! Amen! You never know what you got until it’s gone! ✌️ 

Thanks 60pack for the encouragement, did you make it back from Louisiana OK? I am not the adventurous type - I am the worrying type which made me keep the reins in on my kids more than maybe I should’ve. But they are alive and well adults today.😄
