I swear I see changes in my waistline. Different curves, but I am not only losing lbs, but gaining back the ones I've lost. No, it's not muscle because I'm not the biggest exerciser. In fact I'll admit that all I do is a few sit ups a week. This is so irritating because I eat so
much less than I used to. I think I may not be eating enough bc my appetite is waning and I just can't stomach food sometimes.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sodium? Hormones? Google "why the scale lies" for water weight insight. It could be a lot of things. Make sure you are getting enough vegetables (fiber is so important on Atkins) and drinking enough water too.

May be hormones or sodium. I definitely need to have my thyroid checked again as some levels were a bit off last time I went to doc. Was referred to endocrinologist but I've been procrastinating as I hate going to doc! I eat a lot of veggies and I'm getting better at the water thing. Thanks for the tips!
