I am down almost 6 lbs in 1 week. This is not normal but I am not complaining. I think that I may be burning a lot more calories breastfeeding than I am accounting for. Also, I've cut out sugar and most of my desserts. I have a feeling that this rapid weight loss is going to come to screeching halt soon. My plan is to continue keeping my calorie count low and continue working out.

I also checked my body fat percentage. I started out 3 months ago at 32.5% it is down to 30%!!! I am building muscle back and I am cutting pounds. It feels good to be seeing these results. I may end up having to become more strict with fat intake and carb intake but for now I am just going to keep counting calories. I've never had trouble losing weight before but I was worried that the pregnancy pounds would be harder to drop. So far, if I stick with what I know works for me, it isn't.

Going to the gym again this morning. I am proud of myself!
