Not a good day on Calorie intake, I contribute to poor planing. My hubby didn't make what I had pulled out for dinner and what we had was much higher then planned, so my cheat at lunch cost me alot more then I thought it would. It is okay though, I will get back on track and be fine. I would feel better about it if my gym was not closed today. I am keeping my figures crossed that tehy up tomarrrow.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 January 2011:
